Paid purchases and physical ordering are currently unavailable while store information is being completed.
Creating an account stores your name, email address and a salted password hash. Raw passwords are not stored. Ordering records the recipient name, phone number, address, city, state and PIN code. Support messages and staff replies remain attached to your account.
DropClub records wallet transactions, payment references, openings, fairness receipts, saved crates, bids, inventory and orders. An HttpOnly session cookie links your browser to your account. Customer sessions last up to 30 days, administrator sessions up to eight hours, and guest sessions up to one day; inactive sessions expire sooner. Security activity is recorded to protect account access. Product images and fonts are served locally. This application does not load advertising trackers.
When you choose a payment provider, its checkout handles your payment details. DropClub stores order and transaction references, amounts, status and verification records. Merchant keys stay on the server. Payment credentials and UPI PINs are not collected or stored by DropClub.
Account records are held in the server database and accessed through authenticated sessions and authorised staff tools. Address and order information is used to fulfil requested physical items. Contact support for questions about your records or privacy.
